Application Fee

A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee is to be submitted with the completed application.


Tuition

Tuition fees are payable by check, money order or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card by the first (1) day of each new month. Any payment received after the fifth (5) of the month will be assessed a $20.00 late fee.

We offer a part-time rate that is either half a day or three full days a week.

Effective July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017:

A discount of 10% (ten percent) is available for siblings.

If your child turns three (3) within the first three (3) days of the month the new lower tuition rate will be effective for that month. However, if your child's birthday falls after the third day of the month the new lower tuition rate will become effective the following month.


Deposit

If your child is scheduled for enrollment, half of one month’s tuition is required as a deposit prior to your child’s first day of school. The deposit will be held for the duration of the enrollment process. The deposit will be refunded once the required 30 day written notification of withdrawal is provided (when the child leaves, not when notice is given). Any fees incurred during the last month of enrollment will be deducted from your deposit refund if not paid by your child’s last day (excursion fees, late fees, NSF charge, etc.).



Comprehensive Fee

A $156.00 comprehensive fee will be assessed upon enrollment and annually in September, to cover the administrative and supply cost of starting the new school year. Enrollments made after September will be assessed a comprehensive fee on a prorated basis.


Refund Policy

No more than 1/2 month's tuition will be refunded in a case where a child is dropped from enrollment due to severe illness or unplanned change of residence. The Director must approve all refunds. If children are going to be away from school for an entire month during the summer (June, July or August), their space must be reserved by providing the site director or site office with a written two-week's notice and by paying half of the regular monthly tuition. This arrangement needs prior approval and only applies during the summer months. The full tuition must be paid to hold the child's space during all other months.


Late Pick-Up Charges

Parents are required to pick up their child by 6:00 p.m. exactly. Parents who have not assumed care of their child by 6:00 p.m. are required to pay a late fee of $10.00 for every fifteen minutes, or portion thereof, that they are late. If a parent is more than one hour late, and arrangements to pick up the child have not been made, a call will be made to the Child Welfare Services to have the child picked up by one of their workers.


Excursion/Tee Shirt Fee

A fee of $10.00 will be collected to pay for a school tee shirt, which identifies the child and is a requirement for excursions for all students. Excursions are an important part of our program. Newsletters are sent to parents each month to inform them of the date and place to be visited.
